hi! i know i haven't updated for a while, but things are going like crap. first i lost weight and i was about 50.6 kgs. i maintaned that weight for 3 days and today i was 51.1 kgs. i'm pissed like hell, especcially since i worked out like crazy yesterday. i also have these binges and i can't control myself, that's another reason why i'm incredibly pissed and disappointed. please help me!!

hey gals! this is me again :) i feel pretty good, but i've just eaten way too much today and that makes me feel a bit bloated. my mom gave me these cookies and they kill people. i hate this feeling.. but now i've got to tame myself i guess ;) today was okay but tomorrow i can wake up later :)

- mid-afternoon: 1 banana (88 kcal), hot cacao (58 - 84 kcal), 1 cookie (72 kcal), 1 big cookie thing my mom gave me (? kcal)
- dinner: trout, salad, potatoes
- desert: grapes, strawberries
