hey gals! this is me again :) i feel pretty good, but i've just eaten way too much today and that makes me feel a bit bloated. my mom gave me these cookies and they kill people. i hate this feeling.. but now i've got to tame myself i guess ;) today was okay but tomorrow i can wake up later :)

intake
  1. breakfast: 30 g special k (115 kcal), 100 ml yoghurt (35 kcal)
  2. morning break: special k (99 kcal)
  3. lunch: 1 sandwich (in dutch we call it boterham and it's kinda different from a sandwich, but it's the best translation ;)) with butter and sprinkles (? kcal) and 1 sandwich with jam (? kcal)
  4. mid-afternoon: 1 banana (88 kcal), hot cacao (58 - 84 kcal), 1 cookie (72 kcal), 1 big cookie thing my mom gave me (? kcal)
  5. dinner: trout, salad, potatoes
  6. desert: grapes, strawberries
yeah i know i ate way too much ;P
